Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum and no handling fee. Every parcel ships with tracking.
Processing takes 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time) on a business day enter processing the same day. After handover to the carrier, transit takes 5-8 business days, Monday to Saturday - 6-10 business days in total.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange an item. Register by email at support@mirazoe.com with your order number.
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free: we reserve the replacement straight away and send it out immediately, so you do not wait for your return to reach us, and we cover the return shipping as well as the delivery of the replacement. If the size or colour you want is not available, we tell you and refund the purchase price instead.
For a refund, you pay the return shipping; if an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong one, we cover the return costs. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked.
