Payment Policy

This page explains which payment methods you can use at Mirazoe and when your payment is taken. If anything here does not match what you see at checkout, please email support@mirazoe.com so we can look into it.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay with the following methods, shown at checkout and in the footer of this shop:

  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are wallets. Whether one of them is offered to you depends on the device, browser and settings you are using at checkout. Klarna is shown in the payment icons of this shop; whether it is offered for a specific order at checkout can depend on your delivery country. Card payments and wallets are processed for us by Shopify Payments, which handles the payment on our behalf.

When is my payment taken?

Your payment method is charged when your order is confirmed at checkout. The amount is taken in full at that moment; there are no reserved instalments or later charges connected to your purchase.

Currency

All prices in this shop are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). For orders delivered outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion, and duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Refunds

If you return an item under our Returns & Refunds policy, the refund goes back to the payment method you used for the original order, within 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked. Exchanges for a different size or colour are free of charge.

Payment problems

If a payment fails or you are charged twice, email support@mirazoe.com with your order number. We check what happened with our payment provider and make sure a duplicate charge is returned.
